Hello!

This last course is about a very important issue these days...interculturality...tolerance for other people and countries that choose to live in your country....

What is your opinion, how intercultural are you and do you think we can still talk about tolerance for other people and cultures in the current war so close to us?

I think that interculturality is something good for society and we should help people that come to our country and make them feel save and happy here. It is also necessary to respect their cultures, we can learn a lot! This is the way i would like to be received y i moved to another country.

I think that we can talk about tolerance because many countries are helping people that had to move away.

Hello! Of course, be tolerant of people of another nationality in you and help them as much as we can. Referring to the war, it was caused by intolerance between the two great powers of the world, the USA and the Russian Federation.

These days it is impossible to approach relationships without taking into consideration intercartural values. Everywhere we meet people coming from different countries and it is decisive to have a friendly and reciprocal respect, ready to learn new things from each other.

It is difficult to think about interculturality, collaboration, tollerance , etc... in a situation in which a war is running. Anyway if we want to live on a level of full humanity we can't miss this basic values. The struggle is iside aour heart to persue the peace and leave apart the war.

A world in peace should be the background for every action to increase interculturality, tollerance, collaboration, etc...
in a situation of war that's no possible. A human being is worthy of this name only when he acts without violence.

Hey,

I would say Erasmus + is a great program for promoting the meaning of interculturality. I can see that people who are involved in an international program and take part in mobilities are aware of the importance of embracing interculturally and tolerance to other cultures.

Best wishes from Slovenia,
Mojca

Promoting a multicultural society does not necessarily lead to a better understanding of cultural differences. Instead, you should play an active role in learning more about your foreign neighbors.
The reasons for every war are geopolitical. No one cares about people, about their suffering from wars. Everyone has their goals and activates the propaganda machine (the media) to justify them.

In my opinion, we can only build tolerance for people who live differently than we do if we learn about the reasons for their behavior. Therefore, we should try to become as knowledgeable as possible about other cultures because it facilitates interaction. Erasmus+ makes an important contribution here since it foregrounds the collaboration between different nations in its projects and enables students to learn from each other in intercultural exchanges.
